Weijia Pan is a poet and translator from Shanghai, China. He is the author of Motherlands, chosen by Louise Glück for the 2023 Max Ritvo Poetry Prize and forthcoming with Milkweed Editions in 2024. He received his MFA from the University of Houston, where he was awarded the Inprint Paul Verlaine Prize in Poetry. His poems have appeared in AGNIBoulevardCincinnati ReviewCopper NickelGeorgia ReviewPoetry Daily, and elsewhere.
