Kate Folk's work has appeared in The New Yorker, The New York Times Magazine, Zyzzyva, Granta, One Story, and elsewhere. She's received support from the Headlands Center for the Arts, MacDowell, the Vermont Studio Center, and the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts. Her story collection, and a novel, are forthcoming from Random House.
