Laura Romeyn was born and raised in western Wisconsin. She holds a BA from St. Olaf College and an MFA from Columbia University. Her poems appear or are forthcoming in AGNI, Crazyhorse, Devil’s Lake, Ninth Letter, and Passages North. She is at work on a first book of poems.
Ben Hoffman was born and raised in central Pennsylvania. His stories have won the Chicago Tribune’s Nelson Algren Award and Zoetrope’s Short Fiction Contest, and have also been published by American Short Fiction, Granta, and The Missouri Review. He received an MFA from UNC Wilmington and was the Carol Houck Smith Fiction Fellow at the Wisconsin Institute for Creative Writing.
