Mohr Visiting Poets
The Mohr Visiting Poets has been a long valued tradition in the world of Stanford's Creative Writing Program. Through the support and generosity of Lawrence and Nancy Mohr, this program allows for extraordinary and talented contemporary poets to visit Stanford to teach a seminar of their focus and to hold a public reading and colloquium.
Established in 2011, this program expands upon the wonderful minds on campus by allowing students and the community to take classes and learn from esteemed poets of our time that come from all over the country.
