Stegner Reading with Richie Hofmann and Darri Farr

Please join the Stanford Creative Writing Program for a Reading with Stegner Fellows Richie Hofmann & Darri Farr.

Richie Hofmann is the recipient of a Pushcart Prize and a Ruth Lilly Fellowship from the Poetry Foundation. His poems appear in The New YorkerPloughsharesKenyon Review, and Poetry. His first collection of poems is Second Empire, winner of the Beatrice Hawley Award. A graduate of the University Professors Program at Boston University, he holds an M.F.A. from Johns Hopkins University and is a Ph.D. candidate in English at Emory University, specializing in poetry and opera. 

Darrow Farr was born in Philadelphia. She holds a BA in Romance Languages from NYU and an MFA from the Michener Center for Writers. Her short fiction has appeared in Story Quarterly and she is currently at work on a novel.
